ASSET MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE
WHG Technologies offers a process management platform called iLink Air, which is a software suite of business management modules designed and configured to meet differing requirements. QR barcodes are attached to the asset tracking hardware, creating a unique one-to-one relationship and digital twin of each asset. The digital twin allows you to track per asset, location, maintenance, condition, specifications, and a range of other specific asset attributes.

The QR code can be used to capture maintenance information and used as a lost and found notice providing a link to an online web portal. When scanned, the QR Code opens a webpage showing all lost and found information. The webpage can be customised to include captures of maintenance activities and check in and check out of assets, with live last known location references. A secure onshore cloud platform hosts the data, which is then displayed in an intuitive web portal or integrated with your own systems via an API providing a complete asset management solution.
Asset traceability is simplified with WHG Technologies, allowing you to upload images, scan asset barcodes, and manually enter last known locations even for non-tracked assets; this means that you will always know the location of your tracked assets in real-time.
